Florida

Florida boasts more golf courses than any other state in the U.S. But it’s the quality and accessibility that keep travelers coming back. And two relatively new golf destinations are getting some well-deserved attention.

The legacy of old Florida lives on in Martin County, where the arts and cultural attractions embody the natural beauty of classic Florida, while providing a fun, Key West vibe and nearly 22 miles of beautiful beaches. The area boasts 14 semi-private and public courses. Many of them are traditional Florida-style layouts with long, wide fairways surrounded by stately ancient oaks, pines and palmettos. Golfers can stay and play in Martin County with a nice diversity of quaint inns, romantic retreats, family-oriented hotels and beachside & marina resorts. Martin County is easily accessible, located right on I-95, just 45 minutes from Palm Beach International Airport.

The great golfing state of Florida continues to be a favorite destination for golf travelers from around the world for its great quality and variety of courses.
